However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below.
The merchandise must be mailed back to us. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items.
All returns must be sent with a delivery confirmation number in order to qualify for a refund.
No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items and sale items are not returnable.
The shop isn’t responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit. In order to try to prevent damages, we carefully wrap all our items and send them in regular envelopes or boxes depending on each order.

Our store will issue a full refund in the form of the original payment (including sales tax) ONLY when each of the following conditions has been met:
1. The merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase
2. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
3. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice from our store.
4. All tags and labels must be present.
5. If the merchandise is being returned and was purchased using a credit card (PayPal), the credit to your account will be processed within 2-3 business days.
6. If you wish to exchange the merchandise for a different style, size or color, your account will be credited for the returned items and a new sale will be rung for the new merchandise.
The buyer pays the shipping costs for the new order. By placing an order, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
